About Tsui Hing Lau
In a regular travel to Taiwan, the founder of “Tsui Hing Lau” and his friend was astonished by a mind-blowing shredded chicken in a local restaurant. The incredibly luring smell and the chewy texture of chicken inspired the founder to bring this special dish to Hong Kong.
After dozens of research and experiment, the founder has successfully reproduced this fantastic flavor. And that became the Original Flavored Shredded Chicken in “Tsui Hing Lau”. In order to satisfy the need of our customers, more flavors have been added in our menu, such as the spicy flavor, the Japanese style flavor, the Tom Yum flavor, and the Wasabi flavor. Since then, the Spicy Flavored Shredded Chicken has always been our top-selling item.
